My Little Humanity video gameplay

Last Tuesday was the first presentation of My Little Humanity videogame with a fresh look, at the Buenos Aires University. Good reception, I'm happy with that.

A system, an indie game, an experiment or educative stuff?

(or everything together)

As I commented last time, the game is a search for linking certain elements under the same metaphoric idea. As we play, the mechanics reveal itself and we begin to acknowledge the relationship between elements.

Hi everyone!

My last post was a long time ago, so here's a new update.

I've been working on another game for a while and I reached a point where I can show some stuff.

Little spark became a long idea

New background sketch: a village

Still working on pencil and simple photoshop of some backgrounds. It's more creatively consuming than technically challenging.

Slow pace...

First background almost finished

I've experimented a lot with the perspective, cameras, 3D objects, 2D objects, animations to reach to this point where I'm confident to say: this is how is going to be the game.

Still need details, sounds, ambient, but now I can continue with the next scene.

(actually this is the dull scene, the rest of the game is more like a magical mistery tour)

Giving life to a robot girl

Packing textures is like packing people sometimes.

This week I'm working on finishing the first background (it was a whole experimentation to make it work). And I'm going to try to setup the main character for running around. I'm using the Unity's 2D tools, I hope they work as expected.

So far the background looks good, but it's not ready to be shown.

Doing 3D stuff...

These are some of my work's stills . It's been a almost a month that I don't update, but I continue working on this fulltime. Sometimes is more technical stuff, that's why I have nothing to say (but technical stuff...).

King of Herbs: sketchbook vol. 13

Bizarre, surrealistic characters. I could live in a town packed with them. I love them and some of them love me. Others just ignores me.
Again...this was just a free association. Some of these characters are may going to be in the game...and some not.
